(More customer reviews)I have been waiting over 5 weeks for this product, even though my credit card was charged the full amount 2 weeks ago the item has not yet shipped from Kushlan.

Kushlan sent out two notices that the item had been shipped, both had bogus shipping tracking numbers (according to Northern tool).
As of this week (3 weeks late) the item has not yet been shipped.

I have attempted to cancel the order, and receive a refund from Northern and they have been most unresponsive even though they admit they do not have a delivery date commitment from Kushlan.Northern also stated that my order was one of 12 that had delivery issues from Kushlan (and the same bogus tracking number).

I would be very wary of orders from Northern Tool, and especially Kushlan products.I was charged full amount $653 two weeks ago by Northern Tool, and am not able to obtain confirmation of cancellation or obtain a refund.Amazon policy is that companies ship the product in 30 days or it is automatically cancelled, I believe the bogus shipping information and charges two weeks ago were an attempt to circumvent this policy and prevent auto cancelation.Northern Tool also ignored their policy that you won't be charged until the item was shipped.

I have been a long time customer of Northern Tool, but will now avoid them for any future orders and Kushlan's practices should be investigated.
