(More customer reviews)A couple years ago I bought this opener to replace a 20-year-old failing unit.I was very impressed with the quality of the manufacturing, design, smooth operation and ease of installation.Particularly impressive was the installation documentation.It is written in clear and detailed English (as a first language).The illustrations were very well done and plentiful.It left no guesswork and all steps were clear.
I was so impressed that when the second opener needed replacement I bought another Genie.I just finished installing it.
